Prepared for Floor & Decor · League partnership · September 2026
A professional team doesn’t just live on a court. It lives in a clubhouse, a locker room, a lounge, a set. We’d like Floor & Decor to furnish all of it — and turn every one of those rooms into a showroom.
A league partnership proposal · Seven sections, about five minutes
■ Neighbors in 30339
Floor & Decor is at 2500 Windy Ridge Parkway. Team Altitude trains at Windy Hill Athletic Club, in the same 30339. Every INTENNSE team lives at a home club in metro Atlanta — and Floor & Decor has eleven stores across the same metro.
Every INTENNSE team has a home club — not a venue it books, but a club it trains in, year round, alongside the members. The professionals and coaches are in the building on ordinary days, next to the juniors on the next court and the adult league on a Wednesday night.
That means the rooms around the court matter as much as the court: the lobby members walk through, the locker rooms the players use, the lounge where families watch. They are where the team actually lives.
■ The Floor & Decor Clubhouse
Refinish the rooms around the court at every INTENNSE home club, installed by local Floor & Decor Pros — and let every one of them work like a vignette in your design centers.
The first thing every member and fan walks across.
Where the players get ready, on camera.
Where the team spends the hours between matches.
Where families watch the juniors and the pros.
Each clubhouse becomes a live room set: a code on the wall links to the products used in that room and the nearest store. We’d start where the two businesses already sit side by side — Windy Hill in 30339, and the Kennesaw home club, a short drive from your Kennesaw store — and roll out across all ten.
Members, juniors, parents and fans pass through those rooms every week. Every one of them sees what the floor can do in a space they already care about.
■ The arena’s rooms
INTENNSE Arena is where the league is filmed and broadcast. The player lounge, the hospitality suites, the interview backdrop and the broadcast set floor are all rooms we’d like your designers to design — and every camera shot puts them on fourteen platforms.
Every interview, every walk-out, every post-match moment happens in a room off the court. Designed by Floor & Decor’s designers and supplied commercially through Spartan Surfaces, those rooms become the floors every broadcast sees — without anyone having to touch the playing surface.
Two broadcast, two RSNs, seven FAST, three streaming — 60% of watch time on TV.
Record live concurrents across the final series.
Nearly 8,000 fans through a 500-seat arena.
Up 748% on the year before.
■ Designed by Floor & Decor
Your designers transform a player lounge, a locker room, a young professional’s first apartment in a new city — filmed for INTENNSE’s channels and podcast, one room at a time.
Your own annual report makes the case: when a designer is involved, customer satisfaction, margin and average ticket are all higher. The series puts that service in front of an audience that has never walked into a design center — with players they already follow as the clients.
It also answers a question every fan of a young league asks: what does a professional tennis player’s life actually look like off the court? Players are paid a $40,000 base to compete, with total earnings of up to $70,000, and in 2028 every team moves to a new home city. There is no shortage of rooms to make.
■ Pro Night
Your Pros already earn rewards they can spend on live events. We’d like those events to be ours — and the calendar lines up almost perfectly.
Installer and contractor appreciation nights at the arena, all season.
PRO Premier points redeemed for the league’s biggest weekend.
Your own Pro celebration, the month after the season ends — with players and trophy on the road to stores.
A time-boxed match on a weeknight, a crowd that is allowed to be loud, and a team to follow through the summer: INTENNSE was built for people who don’t have five hours to give to a tennis match. That is exactly the audience a contractor night is for.
■ Home Court, 2028
By 2028 every INTENNSE team moves to a home market of its own. In almost every one of them, Floor & Decor is already there — so each city’s launch can also be a local community project, run through the nearest stores.
In each new market, the team’s arrival comes with one community space made new — a public-court clubhouse, a junior program’s room, a neighborhood facility — in the spirit of Floor & Decor Cares’ focus on community improvement, with local Pros doing the work and the local stores at the center of it. In Season 2, eleven community events drew 770 people onto courts in Atlanta; the Home Court launch gives every new city the same start.
The markets shown are those in development for 2027 and beyond, and will change as team charters close.
■ The partnership
A league-level partnership in a category no one holds — built around rooms, Pros and communities rather than a logo on a wall.
All ten home clubs, starting with Windy Hill and Kennesaw.
Lounge, suites, interview backdrop and broadcast set.
Designed by Floor & Decor, one room at a time.
All season, into Championship Weekend and PRO Appreciation Month.
A community space made new in every 2028 market.
We’d love to walk the rooms with you — at Windy Hill, a few minutes from your front door, and at the arena before Season 3.
